Avant has unveiled CableQuote through Pathfinder. It allows agent partners to quickly complete the quote-to-contract process for Comcast, Spectrum and Cox services.

CableQuote integrates directly into Avant‘s proprietary Pathfinder platform, an IT decision-making tool for partners. Pathfinder is accessible on any device.

Avant CableQuote through Pathfinder is powered by CableFinder. Avant’s partnership with CableFinder demonstrates an investment in the resources needed to cut service level agreement (SLA) time in half. That gives partners a leg up in the market, the company said.

Avant also offers regionalized pricing teams to strengthen partner relations. In addition, it offers dedicated support for its top partners and a revamped internal pricing and ordering process.

“All we think about at Avant is how we can enable our partners to grow their businesses,” he said. “Some of this is in the form of training on the most disruptive technologies. And some of it is purely making it easy to do business with us. In this case, we partnered with CableFinder to empower our partners to move at a pace that is right for their business needs. The demand for broadband and fiber could not be higher in the current market. And CableFinder will allow our partners to exceed their customers’ expectations from quote to contract for Comcast, Spectrum and Cox services.”

CableQuote Features

Avant developed CableQuote to provide serviceability accuracy, and will be tied to the Avant back office. That provides self-service pricing and contract generation for cable and fiber for the nation’s largest cable providers.

CableQuote includes:

  • Provider promotional pricing active the same day as release.

  • Customer-facing deliverables available for download with the ability to reprice or adjust quotes as needed.

  • A serviceability tool for multisite opportunities.

  • Docusign integration, which cuts the time of contracting.

Existing Pathfinder users will now be able to log in to CableFinder from the site for easy access and use. Adding the CableFinder tool to Pathfinder will strengthen Avant’s existing relationships with providers like Comcast and Spectrum, allowing the company to add to the list of recognitions from each.

Comcast has recognized Avant for fast growth. And Spectrum has recognized it with the top year-over-year Growth Partner Spotlight Award for the past three years.
