Our apologies if the image of Michael Myers, the psychotic serial killer from the Halloween series, spooked you, but Halloween, the holiday, is only a month away —so it seemed appropriate.

It’s that time of the month where we compile a list of our top backup disaster recovery (BDR) and business continuity lessons lessons from the month. Top categories include selling business continuity, Datto and human error.

Talk in their language

Sell businesses continuity to customers in a way they’ll understand. Speak their langauge. Take the technology out of the discussion and replace it with business solutions.
