Business Success Symposium
April 9
12:30-4:30 p.m.
South Convention Center, Level 3, South Seas B
Why only come for three days of networking and education when you can make it four? This Business Success Symposium preconference promises to be our biggest yet.
It kicks off with a keynote from Adam Hartung, managing partner at Spark Partners, who will offer tips from his newly released book on how to stay ahead of the competition. He'll explain how to grow your business by abandoning fear, embracing trends and becoming an agent of change. That's followed by a trio of education tracks aimed at executives, technology leaders and sales-and-marketing hotshots.
You'll just need an all-access pass to attend.

ACW invites you to network with old friends and discover new relationships that will help you grow your business.
The event is free to members in good standing; $25 for guests. Separate registration is required. Additional tickets might be available at the door on a first-come, first-served basis.
First-Time Attendee Reception
April 9

Expo Hall
April 10-12
Wednesday: 4-7 p.m.
Thursday: 2-6 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m.-Noon
South Convention Center, Level 1, Bayside AB
We hesitated including the expo hall on this list because it's an absolute no-brainer. The most popular part of the entire event brings partners and suppliers together to discuss the hottest technology and channel programs in a fun environment.
Wednesday features the opening reception sponsored by AT&T, and Thursday features the traditional pub crawl, sponsored by Broadvoice, MetTel, Ooma aand VTech/Snom. Their booths are the places to get your ale or lager of choice.
Thunderdomes
April 10, 4 p.m.: UCaaS
April 11, 2 p.m.: SD-WAN
4 p.m.
South Convention Center, Level 3, South Seas D
We chose the Thunderdome name because this is nothing short of an epic, apocalyptic battle where leaders from competing companies battle it out for technology supremacy. We challenge you to attend to prove this is not hyperbole! You'll get a chance to decide which company has the best solution to sell through the channel.
Our UCaaS Thunderdome will feature reps from 8x8, Fuze, Ingram Micro and Mitel. Panelists in the SD-WAN session are from Aryaka, CBTS and Oracle.
Thunderdomes are open to all attendees and exhibitors, but you should log back into your registration to save your seat.
Excellence in Digital Services & Channel Influencer Networking Awards Reception

South Convention Center, Level 3, South Seas B
We'll honor winners of our inaugural Excellence in Digital Services awards and our 2019 Channel Influencers at a networking reception to close out the first full day of the Channel Partners Conference & Expo.
Some of the biggest names in the channel will be at this event. You can be too if you have a Conference & Expo pass or an all-access pass.
Mitel Experience Center
April 10-11
8 a.m.-8 p.m.
South Convention Center, Level 3, South Seas J
The Mitel Experience Center is making its Channel Partners debut.
The UC and contact-center company is offering food and drink while attendees get a look at demonstrations of its MiCloud Connect CX offering and more. Mitel will walk partners through the entire MiCloud Connect portfolio, highlighting differences with competing products. You'll also learn about new partner programs and SPIFFs.
You can schedule a meeting here.
Passport Drawing
April 11
5:55 p.m.
Channel Partners Studio sponsored by Jive Communications, Expo Hall
If you didn't like money, you wouldn't be in this business. That's no doubt why we always draw a big crowd to our passport drawing on our expo hall stage.
Aryaka, IPtelX, Sangoma Technologies, Suse, Teligistics and VTech/Snom Americas host the booths where you'll want to get your passport stamped. Get all of them from the participating vendors, turn your passport in at the Channel Partners booth before the drawing and you're eligible for a big cash prize. Must be present at the drawing to win; otherwise, we move on to the next name in the hat.
It's open to all attendees and exhibitors.
