Okta Closes $75 Million in Financing. Cloud security provider Okta has added $75 million in funding, bringing its total financing to over $230 million. Existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners and Sequoia Capital provided the funding, along with Khosla Ventures, Altimeter, Glynn Capital Management and others. Okta said it will use the funds to drive innovation across its product lines and expand into new regions.

Chef Raises $40 Million in Funding Amidst Record Demand for DevOps. Chef has secured $40 million in a Series E funding round led by DFJ Growth. Millennium Technology Value Partners, Battery Ventures, Citi Ventures, Ignition Partners, ScaleVP and Hewlett Packard Ventures also participated in the funding round. Chef said the new funding will allow it to grow its operations and accelerate its product development.

Zift Solutions Raises $14 Million to Fuel Growth and Drive Forward Momentum. Channel marketing automation solutions provider Zift Solutions has raised $14 million in a Series B financing round led by Arrowroot Capital and SSM Partners. Southern Capitol Ventures and Teakwood Capital also participated in the financing round. Zift Solutions said the new financing will help fuel the company’s growth.

ThreatSTOP Closes $4.75M In Series B Funding. ThreatSTOP has added $4.75 million in a Series B funding round led by David Cheriton and other investors. The cloud-based firewall protection service provider said it will use the funding to speed up its sales and market adoption and develop new product capabilities.
