Tintri Raises $125 Million in Financing to Accelerate Global Adoption of VM-Aware Storage. Tintri has secured $125 million in Series F funding led by Silver Lake Kraftwerk. Existing investors Insight Venture Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Menlo Ventures and New Enterprise Associates (NEA) also participated in the funding round. Tintri offers virtual machine-aware (VAS) for virtualization and cloud environments, and the company said it plans to use the Series F funding to accelerate global adoption of its storage products.

Zscaler Announces $100 Million Investment Round Led by TPG. Security-as-a-service (SECaaS) platform provider Zscaler has added $100 million in financing. TPG led the financing round, with participation from EMC (EMC) and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Zscaler CEO Jay Chaudhry said the investment will allow his company to expand its customer base and scale its operations to meet the growing demand for its cloud platform. 

Workfront Raises $33 Million in Latest Funding Round. Workfront, a cloud-based enterprise work management solutions provider, has received $33 million in a funding round led by JMI Equity. Other participants included Greenspring Global Partners and Atlas Peak. Eric Morgan, Workfront’s CEO, said the funding will support his company’s marketing, product strategy and sales growth.

Koding Raises $10 Million in Series B Financing Led by Khosla Ventures. Koding has closed a $10 million Series B funding round led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from 500 Startups and existing investors Matrix Partners and RTP Ventures. The company, which provides a cloud-based development environment, noted that the Series B financing will help it continue its product development and add to its marketing and sales teams.

SalesWarp Raises $3.5 Million in Series A Funding to Drive Growth and Fuel SaaS Product Expansion for the SMB Market. SalesWarp has raised $3.5 million in Series A funding led by Camber Creek, along with participation from GRI Fund, Maryland Venture Fund, Blue December Venture Group and Cranbrook Capital. The cloud-based commerce management software company said it will use the Series A funding to bolster its customer implementation, engineering, marketing and sales departments.
