iomart has added a disaster recovery (DR) service to its managed services portfolio. The MSPmentor 501 honoree has launched a DR service based on the EMC RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines (VMs) solution that "provides businesses with a turn-key solution for protecting VM data."
Good Technology is now offering its enterprise mobility management (EMM) solution for Windows. "Good is enabling the next generation of application security and management for a new generation of Windows products, enabling end users to work on any device, at any time with the same level of security and simplicity they experience on their mobile devices today," Good CEO Christy Wyatt said in a prepared statement.
SolarWinds N-able has released SolarWinds N-able MSP Anywhere, a cloud-based solution that allows users to manage incoming requests and collaborate with other technicians to solve customer problems in real time. The platform is compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices.
Carbonite (CARB) has added five backup appliances and a new version of its Carbonite Server Backup – Carbonite Server Advanced solution to its portfolio. The Boston-based cloud and hybrid business continuity solutions provider said its solutions now provide "the ultimate flexibility" to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Continuum has integrated Webroot's SecureAnywhere Business Endpoint Protection with its ITSupport Portal. The Boston-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform provider said the new integration gives its MSP partners a security dashboard that "delivers the convenience of a single pane of glass."
RMM software provider LabTech Software is now offering Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business and Malwarebytes Endpoint Security to its MSP partners. In addition, LabTech Software has begun offering the Symantec Endpoint Protection security solution to its MSP partners, along with IBM MobileFirst Protect (formerly MaaS360) for EMM and Veeam Endpoint Backup for LabTech for backup and disaster recovery (BDR).
Tigerpaw Software has launched Tigerpaw One, an offering that includes all of the company's professional services automation (PSA) tools and modules with a single monthly subscription fee. The offering features the entire set of core Tigerpaw modules and several add-on modules in a bundle priced at $89 per user, per month, according to the company.
