Aircall, the cloud-based voice platform, just got new funding from HubSpot Ventures. It’s part of Aircall’s collaboration with HubSpot, the CRM platform. Both companies work closely with SMB customers.

HubSpot has been a CRM platform partner for Aircall since 2016. HubSpot is now further investing in its most installed telephony integration. This investment shows an extended sign of support to Aircall’s product and service.

Together, Aircall and HubSpot provide fully integrated customer success strategies, closely aligned product distribution, and deep collaborations to their partners and solution provider networks.

Reekers added that there is now tremendous opportunity for partners to take a bigger step toward becoming trusted advisers. By understanding tools like HubSpot and Aircall, they can transform their businesses.

“This investment will bring Aircall and HubSpot closer together in creating incredible technology for customer facing teams,” Reekers said. “It will provide channel partners a suite of integrated solutions they can rely on to bring value to their clients.”

Andrew Lindsay is SVP of corporate and business development at HubSpot. He said Aircall’s voice communications platform is now the most installed phone app on HubSpot’s platform.

“It’s a powerful indicator that our customers see the value of integrating their voice channel with their CRM. We’re excited to continue to deepen our collaboration with Aircall,” he said.
