ASC Tailors Call Recording, Quality Monitoring for Genesys

ASC has introduced a call recording product, MARATHON EVOLUTION 8.0, and a quality monitoring product, INSPIRATIONpro 8.0, specifically tailored for Genesys environments. ASC said the systems integrate seamlessly with the Genesys T-Server, are compatible with major PBX vendors, provide free seating for agents and may be used for either selective or bulk call recording.

 

Call Recording and Quality Monitoring

The call recording interface of MARATHON EVOLUTION 8.0 allows analysis of customer-specific information, which is used to define individual call recording rules, support an efficient evaluation process or enhance existing Genesys applications with additional features such as manual control of the call recording and call-index information.

MARATHON EVOLUTION allows multisite call recording by connecting one unit at a central location and operates with analog or digital phones, including cordless DECT and IP phones.

INSPIRATIONpro 8.0 helps call center managers monitor agents’ service levels, and integrates with the unique IT environment of contact centers, including IP phone systems, e-learning, workforce management and data warehouse solutions.

The platforms are available through ASC distribution partners and global alliance partners in the United States.
