Avant, SingleHop Partner to Expand IaaS Portfolio

Avant Communications is partnering with automated cloud computing and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider SingleHop to expand its IaaS portfolio.

The partnership demonstrates Avant's commitment to providing partners with "best-in-breed cloud and data services offerings," the company said.

SingleHop Channel Sales VP Mark A. Mercado said in a prepared statement that Avant "is the premiere distributor in the industry" for cloud and data centers.

"We have the highest admiration for the Avant team and are very pleased to announce that they were the first of an elite group of master distributors to see the value in SingleHop's hybrid approach to the market and commitment to the channel," he said.

"SingleHop is a rapidly growing company that is recognized as an industry leader in the hosting and cloud computing space," said Ian Kieninger, CEO, Avant Communications, in a statement. "We are excited to take their broad range of hybrid cloud offerings to market through our sales channel."
