Breakthrough Technology Group (BTG) is making quite the name for itself as a managed services provider. The IT and telecommunications solution provider was recently named AT&T’s top revenue-generating MSP for the second year in a row.

Officially, AT&T has named BTG its highest revenue-producing AT&T Alliance Channel Solution Provider in 2011. And when you look at BTG’s portfolio, it becomes clearer why the MSP has been so successful in the last two years. The company has something for everyone and serves business end-users throughout the United States. BTG offers a full suite of professional managed services that includes everything from SaaS solutions, to remote desktops, to cloud computing and server  virtualization, to data backup services.

But according to AT&T VP of Alternate Channels Kevin Leonard, BTG’s success has more to do with its customer relationships than its broad set of managed services solutions. In a prepared statement, Leonard praised BTG for working with its business customers to find out which solution or solutions best meet their business needs. BTG CEO Jeff Kaplan agrees.

“We believe that year after year, our success is a direct result of our understanding and ability to work seamlessly with AT&T reps across the country in delivering quality services that answer specific needs,” Kaplan said in a prepared statement. We are quite proud to recieve this recognition, and we look forward to reaching even greater heights through this mutually beneficial relationship.”

BTG has been one of AT&T’s most successful managed services providers since AT&T pushed more deeply into managed services in 2009. AT&T now remotely supports over 100,000 SMBs through its managed services network.
