BlackLine: Cloud platform provider BlackLine has expanded its global distribution efforts with the launch of a new global channel partner program, the company announced this week. The program is designed to help meet growing demand for BlackLine’s finance control and automation platform.
BlackLine currently has more than 25 global channel partners and is in the process of implementing channel marketing, training and support services for its resellers.
“BlackLine channel partners are seasoned consultants and experts in their fields who offer strategic guidance, deep technical skills and relevant expertise that extends our reach significantly and enables a much more rapid deployment of the BlackLine solution globally,” said Chris Murphy, BlackLine’s chief revenue officer, in a statement. “By adding BlackLine to their product portfolios, our channel partners can provide their customers with a solution that will deliver visible ROI in a very short time frame, while also providing the partners themselves with margins and incentives to help grow their business."
Aryaka: WAN-as-a-service provider Aryaka has named Gary Sevounts as chief marketing officer, responsible for developing new campaigns to drive company growth.
Sevounts brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to his new role, and most recently served as CMO of Zetta.net, a data protection, backup and disaster recovery solution provider. He has also held senior marketing leadership roles at Panda Security, Symantec, Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) and Quarterdeck, according to the announcement.
“Aryaka is changing the face of enterprise networking,” said Sevounts. “With increasing globalization of IT and the rapid shift to SaaS applications in enterprises, Aryaka’s disruptive WAN-as-a-service and SaaS acceleration technologies position the company with key opportunities for dynamic growth in global markets.”
Trend Micro: The cybersecurity vendor has joined the Microsoft Enterprise Cloud Alliance, further expanding its 20-year relationship with the hardware and software giant.
Trend Micro will provide its Deep Security product to Microsoft Azure customers through the partnership, according to the company. The solution is available via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
“Aligning with pioneers and innovators, such as Microsoft, reinforces our commitment to help end users protect data across their entire IT environment, from the desktop to the network and the cloud,” said Partha Panda, vice president of Global Channel and Strategic Alliance at Trend Micro.
