Cloud billing solutions provider BluLogix debuted its connected cloud service marketplace solution for its channel partners this week. The company claims its solution is the world's first Cloud Service Marketplace.
BluLogix said the marketplace will allow partners to sell the company’s products and services through their online portals, with the addition of automated billing, cataloguing, provisioning and analytics. The company debuted the marketplace during the Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas.
“Today’s leading billing platforms enable resellers to conduct everyday tasks such as pay bills and check service usages; however, no platform has ever enabled them to simultaneously create a marketplace where prospects and customers can shop online for cloud services offered by today’s top providers such as Mitel, OrionVM Bandwidth.com and other Cloud, UCaaS & Mobility providers,” said BluLogix CEO Tim Cook.
Document repository hosting and service provider Catalyst relaunched its Global Partner Program this week, in addition to hiring channel veteran Andy Trabilsy as director of Partner Development.
Trabilsy will work to develop a new strategy to help improve Catalyst’s global partner relationships, according to the announcement. He previously held leadership roles at DTI LLC and has also work in channel sales positions at StoredIQ and Fios.
“Our partners are important components of Catalyst’s business strategy and overall success,” said John Tredennick, Catalyst’s founder and CEO. “We are committed to investing in our partners’ success and rewarding their efforts to better serve our mutual clients. With Andy at the helm of this program, I am confident that our partner program – and our partners – will be more successful than ever before.”
PlanetOne Communications has named business, cloud and mobile communication solutions provider Mitel (MITL) as a Preferred PlanetOne Partner, the company announced on Wednesday.
PlanetOne will now offer Mitel’s MiCloud portfolio to its MSP and telecom agents, according to the announcement. Mitel has also joined PlanetOne’s Cloud 411 online education program in conjunction with its appointment as a Preferred Partner.
