Traffic visibility solutions provider Gigamon launched a Professional Service Partner Program earlier this month, which allows the company’s certified channel partners to “design, implement and service Gigamon solutions.”
The company said it expects the additional resources and training programs to address the growing need for advanced networking skills in the channel and enable its partners to build their own professional services practice, according to the announcement.
"Gigamon channel partners need access to the best technology, tools, and resources in order to maintain high skill proficiency as trusted strategic advisors as well as to drive sustainable revenue," said Barbara Spicek, vice president of Channel Sales at Gigamon. "The addition of our professional services program to our existing partner offering demonstrates our commitment to providing our partner community with a profitable business model that allows them to deliver complete infrastructure solutions."
Hybrid SaaS and security intelligence service provider EiQ Networks debuted a new partner portal this week, which is expected to help channel partners access exclusive benefits including marketing support, deal registration services and more.
The portal has also been revamped to include more details on SocVue, the company’s flagship subscription-based hybrid SaaS service, according to the announcement.
"We’re very excited to launch our new Partner Portal, which will provide the added support our partners need to be successful in the competitive IT security services market,” said Phil Demeo, vice president of Alliances at EiQ Networks. “We are fully committed to supporting our growing channel and this new Portal is a good example.”
Service assurance and cybersecurity solution provider NetScout launched its unified global enterprise channel partner program, called Connect360, on Tuesday, the company announced.
Connect360 is a multi-tier program that is expected to help partners expand their area of influence to new regions and increase revenue, according to the announcement. It includes access to the MyNetScout partner portal, and channel partners will also have access to support from a global channel management team to aid with training, enablement and certification.
“The introduction of the CONNECT360 channel partner program is a momentous occasion for NetScout because it unifies previously separate channel strategies across our enterprise network product lines and provides a strong foundation for building stronger relationships with our most valued partners,” stated Gary Staley, vice president of World Wide Channel Sales for NetScout. “This program will be a major driver of our vision for the future, helping the company to efficiently scale its business and address customer demand worldwide. ”
