Green House Data: Data center services provider Green House Data formally launched its first channel partner program this month.
The program includes a guaranteed 15 minute “speak to a human” response time SLA for partners as well as individual assessments to help resellers align IT objectives to their infrastructure spend, according to the announcement. Green House is also offering several partnership options, including White Label, Reseller and Agent models.
“This is a watershed moment for us to share such high levels of service with the channel community,” said Shawn Mills, CEO of Green House Data, in a statement. “Now MSPs and VARs of any size can both take advantage of and pass along the benefits of high-human-touch infrastructure to their customers to power the IT services that empower their customers.”
eSentire: Active Threat Protection solution provider eSentire also launched a new global partner program for resellers in North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
The eSentire Partner Program will allow MSPs, resellers, referral partners and technology partners to profit from the sale of the company’s threat protection services, with standard program features including collaborative sales engagement, deal registration, training opportunities and access to a dedicated partner portal.
“Our partners are a critical element of our success and continued growth trajectory,” said J.Paul Haynes, CEO, eSentire. “We’ve invested heavily in our new partner program to streamline the process for our mid-sized customers, and offer eSentire’s industry-leading protection to even more businesses.”
Brother International: Brother recently launched a series of channel-exclusive monochrome laser printers and All-in-Ones designed for mid-size and large enterprise businesses.
The new offerings are part of the company’s flagship Brother Workhorse Series, and are only available to Brother Authorized Partner Program resellers, according to a company spokesperson.
“The announcement of these printers and All-in-Ones in the Brother Workhorse Series ‘completes the fleet’ of our business-centric models,” said Don Waldinger, director of Services and Solutions Marketing for Brother International. “Brother has been serving the mid and large market for a long time, but these new models – along with the release of our desktop ADS and PDS scanners – further strengthens our offerings. The new monochrome laser line-up compliments our current color laser offering and represents the strongest, broadest, and most workgroup-focused portfolio in our company’s history.”
