Internet telephony services provider Telin Systems will host 3CX’s Unified Communication Solution for 3CX partners in North America, the company announced this week.
Telin said it will add 3CX to its cloud distribution platform, which will allow customers to have a dedicated PBX asn well as web conferencing and instant messaging functionality. Customers can also choose their own telecom vendor and have the option of switching from a cloud to a hosted solution (and vice versa) any time they want.
“Telin Systems is very enthusiastic about becoming a North American hosted distributor for 3CX. It provides us with the tools to bring a service to the channel, we think partners will be very excited about,” said Spencer Lee, business development manager, Telin. “Hosted cloud based solutions truly are the future, and we look forward to working with the 3CX team and their channel partners.”
Converged Data Platform developer MapR Technologies debuted its Converge Partners global program on Thursday, which promises to “help partners leverage production-ready converged data solutions for enabling their customers¹ mission-critical, global real-time applications.”
The program is made up of three tiers, including introductory Affiliate partners, mid-tier Preferred partners and invitation-only Elite level partners. MapR said the program was created to meet increasing global demand for the company’s solutions.
“Earlier this year we shipped the new MapR Converged Data Platform, which serves as a single agile platform to unify data and provide the flexibility to easily adapt to emerging technologies and changing business conditions,” said Geneva Lake, vice president, Worldwide Alliances, MapR Technologies. “The industry recognizes that we provide a highly differentiated data platform and we have built up this worldwide alliance program to help our partners drive new revenue and accelerate big data deployments worldwide.”
ATS and recruiting software provider Jazz also launched its own channel program this week, which the company said is the first if it’s kind in the SMB HR service provider technology space. Jazz’s new program includes standard partner benefits such as dedicated free account management and technical support, training and marketing collateral, the company announced.
“Advances in HR Tech present new opportunities for SMB HR solutions providers. With the emergence of SaaS cloud-based HR services aggregators, SMB service providers must find new solutions to complement their existing business,” said Pete Lamson, CEO of Jazz. “Jazz’s Channel Program enables our partners to remain ahead of HR technology advancements, and deepen customer relationships while growing recurring revenue in the process.”
