Circle the Date: SMB Nation Event, Featuring Managed Services Panel

SMB Nation is gearing up for its east coast conference, scheduled for March 29-30 at Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. The event will feature a managed services panel discussion led by Matt Makowicz, author of “Selling Managed Services.”

In his blog, Makowicz says roughly 200 people attend SMB Nation, including small business VARs and integrators that are striving to generate recurring revenue.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend because I’m booked to visit Dell and meet with their channel team that week. Hint, hint: We expect to give readers a complete update on Dell’s managed services strategy and partner strategy, particularly as it involves Silverback and Everdream.

But if I wasn’t heading to Dell, I’d be inclined to check out the SMB Nation event (more info here) because it will blend discussions of managed services and unified communications.
