Citrix (CTXS) has appointed Kimberly Martin as its worldwide channel chief, responsible for expanding the company’s partner strategy and increasing partner value. She will report to Carlos Sartorius, senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Services.
“Partners have been and continue to be core to our long-term business strategy. From here, we’re up-leveling our focus on our channel partners around the globe,” said Santorius, in a statement. “Kimberly Martin’s appointment as Citrix channel chief is a key part of that renewed commitment. Under her leadership we’ll create more ways to engage and reinvigorate our channel partners to stay at the core of their business.”
Martin brings a considerable amount of channel experience to her new role at Citrix after serving as vice president of Business Development and Worldwide Partners at Datameer, a big data analytics application provider.
