Continuum Rolls Out New Tech Advantage Program

Boston-based managed service solutions provider Continuum today announced Continuum Tech Advantage, a new program that lets the company’s managed services provider (MSP) partners leverage the expertise of more than 200 certified engineers and technicians on a project-by-project basis.

All Tech Advantage work is performed around the clock to accommodate partner and client schedules. "Tech Advantage is designed to run 24 x 7 so work is performed even while our partners sleep," said Rob Autor, senior vice president of global service delivery at Continuum. "For example, our partners’ next Citrix XenApp installation and configuration, or VMware physical-to-virtual server conversion project can be done in the middle of the night and be ready first thing in the morning when they get to the office. "

The program has more than 80 low-cost server and desktop projects to choose from, such as new Active Directory setup, VWware vCenter, ESX and ESXi installation and configuration, and Exchange Server migrations. Over the next few months, Continuum plans to expand the types of projects offered. The company believes Tech Advantage will help their MSP partners expand the scope of services and volume of projects delivered to their client and provide them with a profitable additional source of revenue.

"We recently completed a complex technology refresh project with the help of Continuum Tech Advantage," said Paul Rouse, president, Rouse Consulting Group. "The NOC team that worked with us did a phenomenal job and completed the project on time and on budget. My client was also very pleased and impressed with the results."
