Tech Data: Tech Data resellers and MSPs in the United States can now license, deploy and manage Webroot solutions to their customers, according to an announcement made last week.
Available solutions include Webroot SecureAnywhere Business Endpoint Protection and Global Site Manager, which are currently available through the Tech Data Cloud Solutions Store.
“This partnership with Tech Data underscores Webroot’s commitment to the channel and MSP community and supports their desire for flexibility when purchasing Webroot solutions,” said Charles Tomeo, vice president of worldwide channel and technical sales at Webroot. “With such a significant increase in cybersecurity incidents, MSPs and businesses are ramping up internet security efforts and are quickly adopting cloud-based next-generation endpoint protection products from Webroot to provide protection across multiple domains, devices, customers, and offices from a single, centralized console.”
Arrow Electronics: Arrow has joined the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program in an effort to boost sales of the Microsoft cloud portfolio to its customers in the United States and Europe.
Arrow plans to implement a series of value-added services to Microsoft’s offerings, including cross vendor solutions and a cloud assessment-migration toolkit, according to the announcement.
We are excited to offer an expanded cloud services portfolio through the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program,” said Steve Robinson, vice president of Arrow’s global cloud business. “As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program partner, Arrow is well positioned to provide and enable a range of Microsoft cloud solutions through our channel partner community.”
Ingram Micro: Ingram Micro is now the exclusive U.S. distributor for cybersecurity training and professional service provider Security Innovation, according to an announcement made on Monday.
In addition to providing the company with greater access to partners in the United States, Security Innovation said Ingram Micro will help the company to further develop its channel program. In return, Ingram Micro will benefit from additional training and professional services opportunities for managed security services.
“Security Innovation is a key alliance for Ingram Micro’s market-leading security business, and expands upon our specialized training and professional services offerings,” said Eric Kohl, executive director, Advanced Solutions, Ingram Micro U.S. “We are pleased to offer award-winning security awareness and application security training solutions to our channel partners in the U.S. and look forward to building our relationship with Security Innovation.”
That’s all for now, but we hope to see you back here next week for more distribution-centric fun! Until then, keep on distributing.
