FrontdeskAI’s Srivatsan Laxman
Srivatsan Laxman, FrontdeskAI’s CEO, tells Channel Partners the SaaS program is an expansion of his company’s existing partner program prompted by customer demand in the health, wellness, beauty and fitness markets. Customers want to integrate FrontdeskAI’s AI-powered front desk assistant into their existing booking, point of sale (POS) and business management platforms, he said.
“Our vision is to democratize AI for every business,” he said. “We are a leader in the space and fill a need in the market to capture missed revenue and increase customer satisfaction which is a win-win for our partners and our mutual customers. Partnerships are a natural ingredient in our ability to successfully execute on the scale of our vision.”
FrontdeskAI phone and web AI assistants help manage appointments, class scheduling and rescheduling, answer all forms of customer and service-specific inquiries, and can execute targeted marketing campaigns.
FrontdeskAI’s partners include vendors in the online appointment booking, POS and business-management space at this time, Laxman said. SaaS companies joining the new program can integrate AI assistants that are “already experts and immediately deployable into their business management platform offering.”
“Our partners have the ability to leverage the largest repository of guest conversations in the health, wellness, beauty and fitness industry,” he said. “In order to utilize the power of an AI-powered assistant, it takes data to get up and running. That data can take years to generate. Our platform has supported millions of conversations. These conversations fuel our ability to provide human-like conversations with little to no human intervention.”
In addition, FrontdeskAI‘s virtual front desk assistant captures revenue that may otherwise be missed in the absence of available staff members, Laxman said.
“This additional coverage has led to an increase in revenue for our mutual customers by 20-30% on average, benefiting both the customer and the partner processing the payment,” he said.
