Identity and access management provider SailPoint has appointed Juliette Rizkallah as chief marketing officer and Harry Gould as vice president of Worldwide Alliances and Channels, the company announced last week.
The latest hires follow the addition of six security, IAM and technology veterans to SailPoint’s C-suite in the past year, including the appointment of Joe Gottlieb as senior vice president of Corporate Development and Jon Burghart as general manager of the company’s EMEA business. SailPoint said the hires were necessary to meet increasing demand for its software.
As channel chief, Gould will provide strategic direction for the company’s channel ecosystem and focus on driving adoption of SailPoint’s solutions, according to the announcement. He has more than 20 years of experience in the channel, and previously served as vice president of Hewlett-Packard’s (HPQ) worldwide alliances and channels. Gould’s other channel experience includes roles at Informatica, Mercury Interactive, SeeByond, Chordiant Software and Oracle (ORCL).
“Harry has a strong reputation for building global teams and driving corporate growth, and we’re excited to have him lead our channels and alliances program, bringing SailPoint to even more customers across the world,” said Mark McClain, CEO and co-founder of SailPoint, in a statement. “His vast experience in strategic alliances and channels will be an asset to SailPoint as we continue to build momentum.”
As chief marketing officer, Rizkallah will lead SailPoint’s global marketing functions and oversee corporate strategy, brand development, communications and demand generation, according to the announcement. She will also provide strategic insight for the company by working with various teams to help broaden SailPoint’s influence in key verticals. Her past roles include senior leadership positions at Check Point Software Technologies, SAP BusinessObjects, CA Technologies and Oracle, according to the Austin Business Journal.
“Juliette’s vast experience in both marketing leadership and business expertise will be valuable for the SailPoint team as we continue to grow and expand into new markets across the globe,” said McClain. “Her track record of growing technology businesses in the security industry makes her a vital addition to the leadership team, and we look forward to working with her as she expands the reach of the SailPoint brand.”
In July the Austin-based company announced it would acquire Whitebox Security for an undisclosed sum.
