Partner Keynotes
For the company’s partner attendees, Dreamforce kicked off with back-to-back keynotes: "AppExchange ISV Keynote: Winning Together in the Salesforce Ecosystem"; and "Consulting Partner Keynote: Driving Lasting Customer Success." With about 18,000 partners at the event, it was the first time in four years that Salesforce split its partner keynote session into two distinct presentations.
Leyla Seka, executive vice president, AppExchange at Salesforce, talked about how everyone can be a AppExchange partner, and highlighted the new Trailblazer Scorecard, a point-based system that supports partners for growth.
Consulting Partner Keynote
At the Consulting Partner Keynote, Neeracha Taychakhoonavudh, senior vice president, partner and industry innovation at Salesforce, who is attending her 10th Dreamforce, talked about the long-term Salesforce-partner journey and the company’s continued commitment to its partners. Music
There was a lot of music at Dreamforce. Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz (squint and you can see him!) performed at AT&T Park to support UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals; and sponsors Salesforce, Google, Kaiser Permanente and the Giants held a benefit concert, featuring Metallica, Dead and Company, Dave Matthews, G-Eazy and Raphael Saadiq, to benefit the victims of the Northern California wildfires.
The Dream Valley Music Festival, located right in the middle of the Dreamforce National Park, featured multiple stages and more than two-dozen bands.
Missed anything? There’s always next year's Dreamforce 2018, Sept. 25-28, in San Francisco.
