Distribution giant Ingram Micro is the newest member of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program, designed to help channel partners strengthen customer relationships and expand cloud sales.
Program membership allows Ingram Micro channel partners to own the complete Microsoft suite, enabling them to sell Office 365 and Windows Intune subscriptions. Microsoft says the partners get to own the billing process and directly manage support.
“Microsoft’s CSP program is closely aligned with our strategy and together we will continue to offer new solutions and services through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace,” said Alain Monié, CEO of Ingram Micro. “The expertise we acquired with our Softcom acquisition will enable us to deliver on this program in an exceptional way by offering 24/7 support, migration services and integration with a variety of cloud service delivery platforms.”
