Intelisys Announces New Cloud Training, CRM for Telecom, Cloud Sales Reps

CHANNEL CONNECT — On Thursday, Intelisys unveiled its new Super9 cloud training program and gave a sneak peak of its new CRM built exclusively for telecom and cloud sales representatives.

The announcements were made during this week’s Channel Connect 2016 in Napa, California. The conference attracted more than 1,100 attendees and more than 80 supplier partners.

Super9 is a three-day cloud training program, followed by an ongoing monthly peer group component and regular touch points with the Intelisys cloud and complex bids team. The program provides cloud business development skills, education, coaching and resources at a standard “never before offered in the channel,” Intelisys said.

Intelisys launched Super9 to nine sales partners in April. Five months after the initial training, those companies collectively increased their cloud orders by 60 percent, according to Intelisys. And in six months, the group’s cloud revenue is up 95 percent, as compared to the same time period in 2015.

“This can be the most transformational training you’ve ever been a part of,” said Andrew Pryfogle, Intelisys’ senior vice president of cloud transformation (pictured above). “It will change your business in achieving the goals you’ve been wanting to achieve for a long time.”

The Super9 program is available to Intelisys sales partners and ScanSource resellers, and will be offered at four locations in 2017: Austin, Texas; Phoenix; Tampa, Florida; and London.

“One week after Super9 ended, I secured a 450-seat call center opportunity, resulting in a $75,000 MRR deal,” said Catherine Lazarock, Symplicity Communications’ founder and president.{ad}

Also Thursday, Intelisys introduced its partners to its Audex 360 platform, an upgrade to its Audex platform. The rollout was expected during the conference, but has been delayed and is now expected by the end of the year.

“This one’s pretty amazing,” said Brian Leonard, Intelisys’ director of marketing. “It’s like a Salesforce.com, but it focuses entirely on the channel. So first, Salesforce.com is insanely expensive, and two, you have to go through and configure it to all the carriers that we do. Audex 360 is pre-built for you. This plugs right into RPM and they can download all their information, it comes into this and it’s all there.”

The cost is “way less” than Salesforce.com, and Audex 360 can be branded to the sales partner’s business, he said.

“They have a portal that they can go in and they can look up all their data, and we have sales partners right now who are charging (customers) for that service — $500 a month, $1,000 a month, $2,000 a month — just to have access to that portal that you don’t have to do anything else for,” Leonard said. “All that information is already there. So we have clients who have rich, rich streams of monthly recurring revenue just by offering their clients access to a complete picture of their telecom and cloud contracts and technology.”
