Cloud services provider Intermedia, which specializes in Microsoft Exchange hosting, has made some changes to its channel program.

Intermedia said it is classifying its partners according to the amount of revenue they bring in; the tiers are Gold, Silver and Registered. Benefits, such as incentives, support levels, and tools and resources, increase according to an MSP’s or VAR’s commitment.

The company also has launched a new portal that gives partners’ sales and marketing teams access to resources including on-demand webinars, educational documents and white-label materials. VARs and MSPs also get immediate access to their Intermedia sales rep, via live-chat and request call-back, Intermedia said.

Intermeda partners may white-label services including Hosted Exchange, cloud server, hosted PBX, Microsoft Lync, file sharing and more.
