Boutique distributor Jenne, Inc. announced expanded partnerships with cloud vendors Digium and Plantronics (PLT) as well as a new agreement with RingCentral (RNG) as it looks to build out its cloud solutions portfolio.
Through the expanded partnership with Digium, Jenne will serve as a cloud master agent for the company’s Switchvox Cloud Unified Communications business phone system and SIP trunking services, according to the announcement. The agreement will also allow Jenne’s resellers to sign on as Digium agents under the distributor.
Jenne resellers will also have access to the Plantronics Device-as-a-Service Pro program to end users. The program is expected to stimulate Jenne’s cloud services offerings and provide resellers with a recurring revenue stream for Plantronics’ enterprise headsets.
Finally, Jenne signed a new agreement with RingCentral to offer the vendor’s RingCentral Office cloud communications systems through its reseller network in the United States.
“The demand for cloud deployed solutions continues to gain momentum in the channel,” said Patrick Howard, senior director of Cloud Solutions and Product Management at Jenne, in a statement. “The number of Jenne channel partners looking for cloud solutions to meet end-customer business needs is rapidly growing.”
Jenne’s current cloud solutions portfolio includes the AvayaLive Video service, Lifesize’s Cloud videoconferencing solution and ADTRAN’s ProCloud solution, according to the company. Jenne said it expects to announce new cloud solution partnerships in the coming months.
“Our new agreements with Digium, Plantronics and RingCentral allow Jenne to continue to meet this growing demand, create new business and simplify the process to deploy cloud solutions for our resellers,” said Howard. “We’re excited to be working with all of these companies to expand the cloud unified communications marketplace.”
