Kaseya Spruces Up Partner Program, Names New Channel Execs

IT management software provider Kaseya has named two channel veterans to spearhead its partner program initiatives and rolled out a new set of tools and resources to back solution providers.

Roger Hodskins has been appointed as Kaseya’s new Global Channels and Alliances head and Andrew Robinson will lead the vendor’s EMEA channel efforts. Both executives are tasked with growing existing partnerships and developing new ones to extend Kaseya’s sales reach and strengthen its distribution channel network worldwide.

Hodskins said that channel partners are central to Kaseya’s growth strategy and the vendor’s current investment will be followed by other similar programs.

“Kaseya has now redoubled its efforts to invest in enabling partners and expanding our offerings with and through the partner community,” said Hodskins. “Our partners today deliver significant value through certified implementation services, unique consulting skills, integration with complementary products and more. We see the expansion of our global channel program as vital to accelerating Kaseya’s growth by providing increased flexibility and resources for our customers.”

The retooled Kaseya Partner Program, which now is available to partners worldwide and organized under one umbrella, is highlighted by a number of benefits:

  • Tiered rewards and incentives for reselling Kaseya solutions

  • Partner Portal housing business and technical resources, deal registration, lead management and community discussion groups

  • Customized sales training, marketing materials, and technical documentation, including dedicated sales, pre-sales and support resources

  • Reseller tools to on-board new customers, provision end-users, demos and proof-of-concept assistance and pipeline management and forecasting

  • API integration for Web programming and access

Kaseya has successfully piloted the upgraded program with about 150 partners worldwide, the company said.

Andrea Veca, Italy-based Achab IT’s chief executive, said Kaseya’s new partner initiatives “will increase the efficiency of our cooperation and I am confident that this will help us to continue our business growth.”
