Level 3 Lauds Top 2008 Partners

Level 3 Communications honored its top performing agents at a dinner ceremony, March 1, at the Nove Italiano restaurant in the Palms hotel in Las Vegas during the Channel Partners Conference & Expo.

The awards were presented by Jeff Tench, president of Level 3’s Business Markets Group, along with Craig Schlagbaum, Level 3’s vice president of indirect channels.

Presidio Telecom Solutions was named Top Nationwide Business Partner. Advantage Communications Group was the top partner in the East region and Global Communications Group Inc. was the top partner in the West region. Global Communication Networks Inc. was recognized for the largest single deal. Astound Communications was honored as Level 3’s fastest growth business partner for 2008.

Among the master agents, World Telecom Group was named the top performer for 2008. Intelisys won for highest participation. Microcorp achieved the highest sales of the total services portfolio.
