Leslie Bois, assistant vice president of Channel Sales at Kaspersky Lab North America.
Bois: Gosh that was a long time ago but started early in a nursing home serving in the dining room, hosting story time, puppet shows, you name it, I did it. Oh the stories you hear and the lessons you learn!
The VAR Guy says: It sounds like you were a jack of all trades! Seriously though, that is an impressive first job, and it probably taught you a lot about patience and being kind to people.
Bois: I dream of the Range Rover, all black with tan interior! I just love this SUV, always have and one day it will be mine.
The VAR Guy says: Very classy choice. A car like this would get you around in style, and have lots of room for friends and family to boot!
Bois: Well if you can call Disney World a vacation, but we all survived and we will do it again next year!
The VAR Guy says: Sometimes Disney isn't so wonderful, especially when you're trying not to break the bank! But we agree, it usually turns out to be a pretty good time.
Bois: I loved "The Glass Castle." An easy read but a reminder of how people become who they are and an example of how we become who we are and where we began does not necessarily have to define where we go.
The VAR Guy says: "The Glass Castle" is a memoir by Jeannette Walls, who tells the story of her difficult childhood and how she learned to become a successful and independent person despite hardship and a dysfunctional home life.
Bois: I haven’t splurged in a while, thanks for the reminder, I’m going shopping tonight! I tend to be a bit of a frugal person, a true bargain shopper. I can’t even think of something, which probably means I’ll never buy that Range Rover.
The VAR Guy says: Maybe you'll find a great deal on it one day! We have faith in your ability to score awesome deals, so keep an eye out for big sales at the car dealerships!
Bois: Totally addicted to True Detective, not a watch before you go to bed kind of show but I do it anyways. (I am also a secret Bachelorette fan!)
The VAR Guy says: Sometimes you need to watch something silly like The Bachelorette, especially after watching a dark and creepy show like True Detective. That show can really keep you up at night!
Bois: My mother used to tell me I was an animal lover and always wanted to be a veterinarian.
The VAR Guy says: We be working with animals would be a great job, but then again being channel chief is pretty great too. We think you made the right decision.
Bois: Love Actually. It’s a romantic comedy but I’m drawn to all the different crazy relationships demonstrating the love between husband and wife, father and son, sister and brother, friends and work pals. I’m a sucker for this stuff!
The VAR Guy says: We never saw this one, but it looks like a really fun spin on the traditional romantic comedy. And by the way, those aren't tears you're seeing-there's just something in our eyes is all.
