Theresa Caragol is the vice president of Worldwide Channels for Extreme Networks (EXTR), a company that specializes in wired and wireless LAN network solutions. In her current role, Caragol is responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of Extreme's worldwide channels, which includes 1,500 partners spanning more than 50 countries.

Caragol is an 18-year veteran of the IT industry, and has previously held executive-level positions at Ciena and Nortel Networks. She has also won various awards for her status as a notable female IT leader and for her overall influence in the channel.
