This week in Meet the Chiefs we chatted with Wendell Black, vice president of Channel Sales at Five9, a cloud contact center software provider. Black recently joined Five9 after serving as  executive vice president and manager at Vocalcom North America.

As channel chief, Black is responsible for leading the company's newly expanded channel partner program and increasing the company's channel sales.
