PRESS RELEASE — NEW YORK, Nov. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — MetTel, a leading communications solutions provider for enterprise businesses, today announced the next steps in the Company’s growth efforts with two expanded locations in Washington, D.C. and Providence, Rhode Island to continue to support customer service and sales growth. The new locations will provide ample space for increased focus on strategy and success of the thriving customer service and sales teams.

Since 2001, MetTel has focused its efforts on redefining telecommunications out of its flagship New York City office space on Water Street. Strategic executive hires in the past year have expanded crucial teams, including client engagement, customer care and marketing. These internal team expansions were just one of the catalysts behind the East Coast expansion efforts, with the enhanced product offerings such as MetTel Mobile also driving the need for additional support.

On top of the recent executive team expansion, MetTel has also focused on overall company growth. In 2015 alone, MetTel filled an additional 50 positions for a total employee increase of over 15 percent. Employees are not the only area MetTel is investing in as of late; it also broadened its managed services and support for product offerings through the acquisition of Thrive in September 2014 and partnered with Gravy to expand its business offerings by bringing validated customer behavior-based insights to its enterprise customers.

For the newly expanded locations, Timothy Hanley, vice president of strategic sales, will continue to lead the Providence office and Keith Hochstin, vice president of strategic client development, will continue to lead the Washington, D.C. office. From additional support for the sales teams to increasing the power of the customer service team, MetTel will provide the same white glove care it is known for to both prospects and current customers alike in their communications journeys.
