MNJ Technologies has launched Ignyte, its new digital transformation business.

MNJ came up with Ignyte to focus on future-proofing their customers’ businesses through digital transformation. The company says Ignyte’s differentiator is a more pragmatic process that drives risk mitigation. This involves more complete assessments paired with greater access to proven talent and technology.

IT leaders are dealing with increasing amounts of pressure from department stakeholders that are demanding better access to better data. So there is great need for a new type of digital ally that can fill gaps while augmenting the IT team.

According to the Harvard Business Review, more than half (52%) of the Fortune 500 have disappeared since the year 2000. Why? Digital disruption. Many companies’ digital transformation initiatives have nosedived due to incomplete assessments and objectives, and impractical approaches. The lack of access to selective talent and technology is also a factor.

The Path Forward

“Digital transformation is an overhyped concept, but it is imperative for the future health of many businesses,” said Ben Niernberg, MNJ COO. “At the same time, customer digital needs are outpacing the legacy IT channel’s capacity. Our customers are seeking pragmatic ways to simplify the process and mitigate the risk of changing operating models. They have asked for a qualified, digital general contractor to aggregate the best talent, solutions and vendors through service level agreements.”

Ignyte was driven by the need to accelerate hybrid cloud migration and cybersecurity in a cost-effective way. Ignyte also has the capability to personalize service levels for these strategic initiatives through its unique partner relationships.

Key practice areas include cloud, security, technology sourcing, networking, unified communications and SD-WAN. Key customer success team roles include account executives, digital transformation consultants, solution engineers, sourcing specialists and project managers. In addition, Ignyte is increasing focus on vertical markets such as financial, manufacturing, health care, professional services, retail and education, along with state and local governments.
