Rae has expanded Level Platform’ support for the MSP community, including a live webinar series delivering cloud, managed services and market education, an introduction to RMM, market information and technologies for MSPs based in the UK, and an overview of NOC and Help Desk services. He also helped organized a roadshow that attracted 1400 attendees in North America, the UK and Ireland.

Jeff Ragusa, Google Apps SMB Channel Lead, Google

Ragusa led the Google Apps charge among MSPs and emerging cloud integrators. The results: More than 20 percent of the world’s top 100 cloud services providers (CSPs) now offer Google Apps to their customers, according to MSPmentor’s sister site, Talkin’ Cloud. Also, Google Apps now has more than 6,000 authorized resellers.

Mike Ralston, Managing Director, Solsoft

Ralston has successfully extended the company’s managed services support offering to deliver complete support for retail networks — including EPOS and communications services. He is a hands-on leader and has been instrumental in recent large new business wins including St Peters Hospice, and Bristol City Football Club. The company is ranked among the top 50 MSPs across EMEA, according to MSPmentor.

The company rewards employees for that growth — delivering the vast majority of OpEx improvements back to the team in wages growth. The company works closely with N-able and Autotask platforms.

Read, formerly CEO of Nimsoft, is back in the monitoring market with Boundary. The start-up offes a SaaS-based platform for application monitoring. So far Boundary is processing 55 billion records per day, and the SaaS platform monitors on-premises, cloud and hybrid applications.

Eric Rieger, President, WEBIT Services, Inc.

Rieger has driven annual revenue growth at WEBIT 33% in 2011 and 35% to date in 2012. He was also responsible for entering into an agreement to have WEBIT become the United States Distributor for Cleankeys, an aseptic keyboard technology provider. This plays to the strengths of WEBIT as a healthcare technology provider, especially in the Dental IT space. Rieger also has been the driving force behind WEBIT’s Helping Hand community program whereby WEBIT donates time, money and services to the Loaves & Fishes Community Food Pantry.

Ricardo has lifted company revenue 30 percent so far during the present year. He also grew the company’s managed services customer base in 10%. Ricardo is an enthusiastic leader who gathers the skill of all his subordinates and channels them into company skills.

Rockwell leads a team that implements the IT strategies to help Southern California medical practices, biotech firms and other businesses grow. He oversees management of nearly one million medical records and the U.S.S. Midway Museum’s network. Last quarter, his leadership helped centrexIT grow 50 percent in revenue and size.

Rogers increased CharTec’s annual revenue by 216%. CharTec claims to operate the largest MSP training facility in the US and holds 11 trainings per year. As a result of his sales training, many MSPs have at least doubled revenue on new deals. Rogers developed a tool for MSPs to price managed services in 5 minutes or less with a 3 month to 6 month ROI guaranteed. Rogers has also focused heavily on HaaS (hardware as a service) training for MSPs.

Ted Roller

Roller built a successful MSP business before jumping into the IT vendor community. His current post at Intronis involves cloud backup services for VARs and MSPs. Active in CompTIA, Roller continually works to educate resellers about recurring revenue business models.

Terry Rossi, Co-Founder and CIO, PICS ITech

Under Rossi’s leadership, the PICS ITech division has grown annual sales 15 percent or better each year since 2008. The company has targeted verticals like manufacturing, accounting and engineering. The business model includes managed services, cloud hosting and co-location services along with business consulting and technology direction with a flat fee offering.
