Netelligent Chooses Zyrion Traverse for Infrastructure Monitoring

Zyrion, the business service management (BSM) and IT performance monitoring software provider, has scored a key win. Specifically, Netelligent, a cloud services and managed services provider (MSP), in the mid-western U.S., is deploying Zyrion Traverse software to monitor datacenter and IT infrastructure performance.

Netelligent offer application management, on-demand computing resources, and converged voice and data hosting to its customers. The company’s customer base includes large enterprises and public institutions. Netelligent also works closely with Cisco Systems, having earned a master managed services certified partner designation.

Zyrion’s Traverse solution monitors networks and applications. The company launched launched a global channel push in May, 2011 while continuing to pursue U.S.-based partners. Other wins include Zyrion signined a deal with New York-based Annese and Associates after making a cloud infrastructure monitoring push earlier this year.
