NetGain Technologies, an MSPmentor 100 company based in Lexington, Ky., has added another managed services provider (MSP), US Teks of Birmingham, Ala., to its list of recent acquisitions, expanding its reach into another geographic market.

This acquisition marks the company’s fifth acquisition in the past three years. NetGain Technologies most recently acquired St. Louis-based NCDTech back in June 2013. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the companies said that NCDTech’s current team would remain in place and continue to serve clients.

NetGain Technologies CEO Mark Jacobson said in a prepared statement that the acquisition was an “ideal fit” for NetGain because of US Teks’ customer-first policies, as well as its new market opportunity.

“Through this acquisition, US Teks will gain the ability to both increase and improve the quality of our offerings,” said US Teks founder and CEO Paul Franks in a prepared statement. “We will have new opportunities that all of us at US Teks are excited to pursue.”

As with NetGain Technologies’ acquisition with NCDTech, the company will keep US Teks’ current team in place, allowing service to all of its business clients to continue unabated.

The company partners with technology giants like Cisco (CSC), HP (HPQ) and EMC (EMC).
