Netography Receives $45 Million in Funding, Preparing Partner Program Launch
All types of partners, including VARs, resellers, MSSPs and MDRs, will be part of the program.
Netography, the provider of network detection and response capabilities for the “atomized network,” is building its first channel program with the help of $45 million in Series A funding.
Bessemer Venture Partners and SYN Ventures led the funding round with participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Mango Capital, Harpoon Ventures and Wing Venture Capital.
Netography will apply the funding toward new technology innovations and enhancements, channel expansion and sales.
The atomized network is the mix of multicloud, on-premises and legacy infrastructure that comprise most enterprise networks today.

“The Netography Summit Partner Program is in its early stages, but we do currently have channel partners,” he said. “The recent Series A funding is helping us build out our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. And creating a channel-forward partner program has always been and continues to be top of mind. We’ve built a solution that lends itself to a lucrative reseller program. Our partner program and GTM strategy is set up to reward partners that want to invest and grow with us.”

“Channel partners will have access to industry luminaries driving the latest innovations in cybersecurity detection and response technologies,” he said. “Partners will continually have access to the rapidly expanding, world-class cybersecurity experts as the company expands.”
Profitability is the cornerstone of the channel program to ensure healthy and sustainable business growth, Holladay said.
“Netography integrations can easily tie into other service providers in your portfolio, including things like security information and event management (SIEM), security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and ticketing systems,” he said. “Our solution is very complementary to other technologies and services. [And it] gives partners the ability to expand their deal size and broaden how they protect customers in today’s dynamic threat landscape.”
Netography allows partners to bring value to their customers and prospects with no hardware or software, just security, Holladay said.
“The Netography Fusion Portal is the industry’s first true SaaS network detection and response (NDR) solution — which means channel partners can move from demo to proof of value in minutes, significantly accelerating the time to value for end users,” he said. “Partners can provision, manage and convert Netography trial accounts for their clients through a cloud-native, multi-tenant portal, and drive a partner-led, end-to-end sales cycle.”
Solution Built With Channel in Mind
Netography has always envisioned a channel-forward approach for its GTM strategy, Holladay said. Furthermore, it built its solution with the channel in mind.
“Specifically, the Summit Partner Program’s core elements include deal registration, channel-in discounts, lead referral benefits and incumbency protection,” he said.
