NetSuite, Coupa Partner for Cloud-based Expense Management Solution

NetSuite (N) and Coupa have launched an integrated solution that is designed to help businesses improve spend visibility and gain more control over their financial processes.

NetSuite (N) and Coupa have launched an integrated solution that is designed to help businesses improve spend visibility and gain more control over their financial processes.

The new Coupa Cloud Procurement and Expense Management SuiteApp for NetSuite supports businesses that want to improve their procurement and expense management processes and drive customer savings, according to NetSuite.

The NetSuite-Coupa integrated solution provides businesses with:

  • Auditing capabilities

  • Executive dashboards

  • Real-time alerts

  • Spend management benchmarks

NetSuite noted the integrated solution can help drive user adoption of company cost-saving initiatives as well.

“The partnership with Coupa allows us to meet the needs of businesses that are seeking to transform their procurement and expense management processes,” Derek Nowak, NetSuite’s senior manager of business development — SDN, told Talkin’ Cloud. “As adoption of the Coupa Cloud Procurement and Expense Management SuiteApp for NetSuite accelerated, NetSuite and Coupa have been working seamlessly to market and promote this integrated solution to businesses that want to drive savings in spend.”

Integrated solution supports both NetSuite and Coupa customers

NetSuite provides cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) and omni-channel commerce software suites to businesses, while Coupa offers cloud-based financial applications to more than 450 customers worldwide.

Rob Bernshteyn, Coupa’s CEO, pointed out both companies want to help customers improve their procurement and expense management processes, and the integrated solution enables customers to better manage their data.

“Coupa and NetSuite share a common goal of making customers successful by leveraging the data across both of our cloud platforms,” Bernshteyn said in a prepared statement. “We are excited to continue to enhance their experience by creating an even tighter integration between our products and our companies.”

NetSuite CEO Zach Nelson added he believes the Coupa Cloud Procurement and Expense Management SuiteApp for NetSuite can help businesses become more efficient.

“We believe this relationship can bring immense value to our joint customers. They can now take advantage of the benefits of both Coupa and NetSuite to help their employees easily purchase all of their goods and services, including indirect goods, anywhere, regardless of the device those customers are using — be it a smartphone, a tablet or a personal computer,” he said.
