New Blue Medora Partner Program Aids VMware Resellers

Enterprise management software provider Blue Medora launched its True Visibility Partner Program last month with the goal of allowing resellers to expand their VMware vSphere and vRealize Operations businesses.

The True Visibility Partner Program, which is currently available worldwide, was designed to help Blue Medora’s channel partners expand their VMware monitoring business with shortened sales cycles, according to the announcement.

In addition, the new program aims to help partners expand their market reach in virtualized and cloud environments, with Blue Medora focusing on providing a single pane of glass for all performance and application information.

This is necessary because enterprise customers continue to demand a clear view of the performance and status of every device, solution and application in their IT stack, according to Chris Noordyke, vice president of Blue Medora worldwide sales.

“The channel is at the frontline supporting these requests, but often lack easy-to-use management tools,” he said in a statement. “By bringing the operational elements of the enterprise into sharp focus, the True Visibility Program enables our partners to target growth levels of up to 40 percent in vSphere and vRealize business.”

Naturally, the program includes staples such as a web portal for on-demand sales registration, partner support and 24/7 online quoting, in addition to training and support. The company also offers an Assisted Sales Model for partners as well as cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Blue Medora claims to offer the greatest number of vRealize Operations management packs on the market, all of which are integrated with cloud offerings from Netapp, Cisco Systems, Lenovo, Microsoft and F5 Networks.

VMware was a key player in helping Blue Medora to raise $4.6 million in Series A funding in August.
