The IT solutions company Nimsoft, a division of CA (NASDAQ:CA) has added  French and German versions of its Service Desk IT Management-as-a-Service (ITMaaS) solution. The company says that businesses in Europe have been embracing its ITMaaS model in order to reduce costs, increase business agility and allocate larger percentages of IT resources to strategic projects.

Nimsoft Service Desk provides Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with incident, problem, change/configuration, SLA, knowledge and catalog/request management functionality—including action-driven workflows built on ITIL standards.

StorGLEY, an MSP in Spain,  said it selected Nimsoft Service Desk based on its ability to improve collaboration across multiple IT functions.

Nimsoft Service Desk is available in US English,  Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, simplified Chinese, and Japanese. The company currently has over 1,000 customers in 36 countries, and provides optimization of IT and business performance.
