August 1, 2006
PAETEC Communications Inc.s PINNACLE software helps users which include the companys target verticals of education, health care, government and finance manage large voice, data and video networks. The platform offers Web portals that users can customize to display the information they need. It performs functions such as capturing and rating all telecom costs, then approving a bill for posting in the general ledger system. The database also updates itself to keep up with changing rates or contracts so companies do not find themselves back at square one. PINNACLE is available as a hosted application, a managed service or an on-premise offering. www.paetec.com
