Partners To Resell Dell/Brocade Solutions

To compete with Cisco’s Unified Computing data center initiative, Dell partners will now be able to resell Dell/Brocade solutions. Dell has expanded its OEM deal with Brocade, much like others have, including Hewlett-Packard, IBM and NetApp. Dell plans to simplify deployment by offering a set of tools to manage the process along with application delivery in a virtualized environment.

Dell also announced it will broaden its agreement with VMware, incorporating VMware VIEW into Dell’s Virtual Remote Desktop solution.
