Qwest Expands Purchase Plus Reward

Qwest Communications International Inc. (Q) announced it has expanded the Qwest Purchase Plus Reward service to more SMBs. The discount started as a bundling service within Qwest’s mid-sized business customer segment, and was expanded and modified to meet the needs of larger-sized customers within the SMB space. The service is available to both segments within the Qwest Business Partner Program.

Qwest said its Purchase Plus Reward saves businesses up to 40 percent on local phone lines when bundled with Qwest voice and data solutions, including wide-area networking, Internet, local and long-distance voice, and VoIP.

“With more bundled solutions, customized services, specialized contracts and a dedicated customer support program, Qwest continues to work with Qwest Business Partner Program participants to meet and surpass the needs of customers of all sizes, including small- and medium-sized businesses,” said Melissa Reffel, Qwest spokesperson. “The Purchase Plus reward offering is another way to help partners reach SMBs that want to consolidate network solutions and reduce costs.”
