Shared Technologies Joins Avaya Partner Program

Shared Technologies announced it has joined the Avaya BusinessPartner program. The company will add to its portfolio Avaya’s UC solutions for SMBs.

Carol Giles Neslund, who was named vice president of North America Channels at Avaya in October, said Avaya is impressed with Shared Technologies’ customer service and successful implementation experience.
