Cognitive search and analytics provider Sinequa, the cognitive search and analytics company, on Wednesday launched its new Partner Advantage Program to further expand its collection of consulting firms, SIs and technology alliances.

Sinequa's Xavier PornainThe new program includes certification programs, technical support and training, as well as performance-based incentives and marketing support programs. Incentives and engagement are based on three membership levels: Standard, Advanced and Premium, with each offering respective benefits and business development support.

Xavier Pornain, Sinequa’s vice president of worldwide sales and alliances, tells Channel Partners his company already has a network of partners in place, but this is its first full-fledged partner program. It was launched to address the growing demand for cognitive search and analytics within the Fortune Global 2000, he said.

“When customers select Sinequa’s cognitive search and analytics platform, they usually request to work with a system integrator that has all the technical credentials and certifications from Sinequa in order to undertake the project,” he said. “This is why the program is offering training and certifications opportunities. This is also a great source for partners to generate new revenue streams.”

Certified partners access the recently introduced Sinequa ES Version 10. Powered by machine learning capabilities, this version helps deliver deep analytics of contents and user behavior, offering information with continually improving relevance to users in their work environments, the company said.{ad}

“As of today, Sinequa has over 20 active partners worldwide,” Pornain said. “These partners play a key role in Sinequa’s success as we are a 100-percent independent software vendor focused on designing best-in-class software. We do rely on our select partners to provide our enterprise customers value-added services to successfully deploy Sinequa’s platform, taking a customer’s individual business environment into account.”

Its partner ecosystem consists of major global SIs such as Atos, Accenture, and smaller SIs such as Knowledgent and EPAM.

“As Sinequa addresses data-driven customers in different verticals such as banking/finance, life sciences, defense and security, and utilities, we do welcome partners with specific industry knowledge and expertise,” Pornain said. “A good example of that would be Knowledgent, which has in-depth expertise in life sciences/pharma, one of Sinequa’s strongest verticals. Another one would be Thales Communications & Security with the defense and intelligence sector.”

Sinequa also partners with technology companies such as enterprise applications vendors, Big Data/Hadoop and cloud vendors such as Amazon, SAP, Microsoft, Cloudera, MapR, PTC, SciBite, Linguamatics and more.

“Knowledgent guides enterprise customers across all industries in selecting and implementing tools that create business advantage and simplify processes for the end-users,” said Shail Jain, Knowledgent’s chief executive partner. “Sinequa is a perfect fit to provide customers critical insights into their business and shape their decision making for years to come.”
