SunTec to Open U.S. Support Center

India-based SunTec Business Solutions said it is opening a dedicated support center in the United States in an effort to cut down on customer response time and expanded its presence in the country.
The new center will deliver support to telecommunications firms such as Cable One, SunTec said. The pricing and billing solutions company will then adjust the resource for existing and new clients in a phased manner.
The company also serves the banking, financial services and insurance markets.
Our U.S. Support Center was created to provide total support to clients even after the project goes live, and we are confident in plans to extend support to all of our telecom and BFSI clients in the region, said SunTec CEO Nanda Kumar.
