In June 2010, SysAid, an Israeli-based company that specializes in customer-support and help desk solutions, offered an iPhone application called SysAid IT Mobile. It’s designed to manage all help desk services on the go. Now SysAid has gone Android. Here’s the scoop…
Android IT Helpdesk App has launched, and SysAid says they’re the “world’s first” company with solutions for IT management on all platforms. They’ve already got an app on the Blackberry, and like previously noted, the iPhone.
The application is free, and SysAid has built in the ability for monitoring and managing real-time requests, along with IT asset review all in real time. Of course, SysAid touts this as the ability to “maintain high levels of efficiency” on the go, and also pat itself on the back for being platform agnostic and supporting the gamut of mobile devices.
Right now, the cross-platform mobile app is compatible with SysAid IT 7.0.05. You can read the press release for some supporting quotes and a bit more detail. And while the press release popped up in our inboxes only, we assume it’ll pop up on their website at some point.
