Across the United States, companies are assisting our veterans to show them gratitude for their service. TeamLogic IT, Master MSP and franchisor, is one of those companies. Retired United States Air Force Colonel Mark Kelly and his wife Dawn Kelly look to the next phase of their lives as the first veteran franchisees to participate in TeamLogic IT’s recently announced Veterans Program. For participating in the program, the couple will have the $40,000 franchise fee waived.

Currently, about a quarter of the country’s 23.5 million veterans are interested in starting or buying their own business, according to the Small Business Association (SBA). “The TeamLogic IT franchise gives us the opportunity to become business owners,” said Colonel Kelly. The Kellys look to ‘pay it forward’ by offering their location’s services to LifeQuest Military Transitions, a veteran’s assistance program in Colorado Springs, which will eventual hire other veterans.

Overall, the TeamLogic IT Veterans Program is open to the first 10 U.S. military veterans who apply and qualify for a TeamLogic IT franchise between January 1 and December 31, 2012. Not every veteran is eligible. Veterans who have a desire to work with technology and have access to a minimum of $70,000 working capital will be considered.

Interested at the opportunity? If so, visit the Franchise Opportunities section of the company’s home page and identify yourself as a U.S. military veteran.
