Tech Data Adds Veeam, NetApp, Docker Solutions to Cloud Solutions Factory

Tech Data’s Cloud Solutions Factory now includes newly vetted, ready to-run solutions from vendors such as Veeam, NetApp, and Docker.

The latest expansion of Tech Data’s catalog of packaged solutions continues to help drive digital transformation for partners and their customers. Earlier this month, the distributor launched the Analytics and IoT Solutions Catalog, which includes more than 30 market-ready, vetted solutions.

Tech Data is moving full-steam ahead to help partners build their cloud practices to seize new business opportunities. The distributor also announced Tuesday the expansion of its Cloud Practice Builder program. 

In a recent blog, “Predictions 2019: Cloud Computing Soars to New Heights,” Dave Baroletti, vice president and principal analyst at Forrester, said that enterprise demand [for cloud] is exploding and the pace of cloud vendor innovation is off the charts. Baroletti addresses the growth of public cloud providers, how serverless will reshape core enterprise apps, and the rise of three approaches to private cloud. 

Tech Data launched its Cloud Solutions Factory earlier this year and today’s expanded outcome-based offerings include Veeam Backup for Office 365, Veeam Cloud Connect on Azure, NetApp SaaS Backup, Docker Enterprise Edition, Managed Containers on Azure, and more.

In February, when the Cloud Solutions Factory launched, it included solutions from Microsoft, AWS, Red Hat, NetApp, Veeam, Autodesk and more.

The Cloud Solutions Factory can be found on Tech Data’s StreamOne Cloud Marketplace. The targeted, bundled solutions, which are preconfigured, validated and tested, are offered on a pay-per-use basis.
