Telarus Names Top Agents, Vendors

Master agency Telarus Inc. Saturday named its top vendors and subagents based on 2008 performance during its annual conference at the Gold Coast hotel in Las Vegas.

Zachary Schecter was named Top Sales Agent and Top Sales Agent for New Revenue.

Tim O’Rourke, Jon Arnold and Mark Nourick were honored at the Top Sales Agents for Renewals.

The Top Fast-Start (New) Agents were Sommet Group, CopperState and Curt Burnside.

Presidents Club Platinum Members include Zachary Schecter, Dennis Green and Tim O’Rourke. Gold Members include Jon Arnold, Steve Roy, Dave Leach, Ron Legarski and Roger Jones.

On the supplier side, Telnes Broadband took top honors for Best Overall Carrier. It also won for Most Sales.

And Telnes’  channel manager Jason Ness was named Top Channel Manager, an award he shares with Chris Shubert of NuVox. Nuvox also won for Lowest Churn and Order-to-Commission Fallout.

Other supplier winners were: AireSpring for Largest Percentage Increase in Sales, XO for Most Improved by agent vote, Level 3 for Largest Single Deal and Accel Wireless for Newcomer of the Year.
